Parents who wish to volunteer with the Bentonville Band Program will be required to undergo the Bentonville Schools Volunteer Process as outlined in the following documents:

These must be completed and turned in to Mr. Hendrix and district approved before you can help with volunteering.

Volunteers who chaperone, help with uniform fittings, or any other task that may be without supervision of the band staff will be required to have a background check that will be reimbursed by the Bentonville Band Boosters once the background check has been approved by the district. Please read the Volunteer Protocol to see if you will need a background check.

Working in the concession stand will not require a background check.
