We are asking ALL students and parents to access Charms, examine personal emergency contact information, and review financial balances. Since bills will soon be coming due for BOA and other expenses, we appreciate those who have made payments but ask others to please keep up with the payment plan. Bills may not be paid if student expenses are not paid. Payments may be made via credit card/Paypal through Charms, mailed to the school (Tim Hendrix, Bentonville Bands, 1801 SE "J" Street, Bentonville, AR 72712), or placed in one of our payment envelopes in the band mailbox. Since there are around 400 band students, identification of the student's first and last name and payment purpose is key. To access Charms click the logo above OR,
1. Go to http://www.charmsoffice.com/,
2. Enter "BvilleBand" for the school code,
3. Input the password (9 digit student school ID). (Passwords may be changed after logging-on to the system and is encouraged.)
